By using the website available at hangszoro.net, you, as a customer (consumer), acknowledge that you are aware of and accept the following General Terms and Conditions. We kindly ask that if you intend to become a customer or active user of the services offered by our Webshop, you carefully read these General Terms and Conditions and only use our services if you fully agree with all points and consider them binding upon yourself.

2. Available Products, Prices, and Ordering Information
The displayed products can only be ordered online. Additional products distributed by the Provider cannot be purchased through the Webshop. Prices shown are gross prices in Hungarian Forint (HUF), inclusive of the legally required VAT, but do not include shipping costs. No separate packaging fees are charged. Detailed shipping fees are part of these Terms and can be found under the “Shipping Conditions” menu.
The Webshop provides detailed product names, descriptions, specifications, and illustrative images. Please note that illustrations may differ from the actual product. The Provider assumes no liability for discrepancies between the displayed image and the actual appearance of the product. In case of promotional pricing, the Provider fully informs users about the promotion and its exact duration. Promotional gross prices are clearly marked. The Provider reserves the right to change prices, provided such changes do not affect the purchase price of already placed orders.
You may browse available products and services by category. Alongside each product, you can view a brief description, price, and other characteristics (not exhaustive). For more detailed information, click on the product image or name to access the product page. If you require further assistance, please contact the operator using the contact details listed above.
3. Ordering Process
A. By clicking the “Add to Cart” icon, you can place a product into your shopping cart.
You may add products to your cart without logging in, but you must log in before placing an order. To do so, you must first register. Registered users who have forgotten their password may use the “Password Reminder” feature. By entering your registered email address, your password will be sent to you via email. Login is available via the “Login” menu, where you enter your email and password and click “Login.” Upon successful login, your registered email address and a “Logout” button will appear.
B. You can review and edit your cart contents via the “Cart” menu. You may adjust quantities, select your preferred payment and shipping method, or remove items. You may also clear your entire cart. To continue shopping, click “Continue Shopping.” Once everything is confirmed and you decide to proceed with your order, click “Checkout” to finalize your purchase.
C. After finalizing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your order details. If you do not receive this email, your order was not accepted by the system. In such cases, please contact us using the operator contact information provided above.
This confirmation email must be sent within 48 hours. If you do not receive it within this timeframe, you are released from any obligation to purchase the ordered product or use the service.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a “Order Confirmation” email. Shipment will only occur after this confirmation.
You may track your order status via the “Order Tracking” menu until finalization. All your past orders are listed here, each identified by a unique order number.
Orders placed in the Webshop (electronic order forms) constitute legally binding declarations made through implied conduct (e.g., clicking an icon), not in written form. Contracts are concluded exclusively in electronic form and are not considered written agreements. The only available language for contract formation is Hungarian.
4. Registration
To make a purchase, you must provide necessary information during your first order, including your name, billing and shipping details, email address, and a password for future logins. Before completing registration, you must accept the registration terms. The system will confirm your registration via email. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. The Operator assumes no liability for damages or disadvantages arising from unauthorized third-party access to your account due to correct entry of your credentials.
By providing your email address, you consent to receiving technical messages from the Operator/Provider. Registered data will be deleted upon your request. For security reasons, deletion requests are only valid if confirmed by you via email to prevent accidental or malicious deletions. Registration is tied to your email address—each email can only be registered once.
Registration does not entail any obligations.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days during business hours, up to 11:00 AM. Orders placed outside this window will be processed on the next business day. For in-stock items, delivery time is up to 3 business days from order confirmation. If an item is out of stock, delivery may take up to 4 weeks, depending on manufacturing availability.
6. Payment Methods and Shipping Fees
Payment Options:
Bank Transfer (Prepayment): After order confirmation, you’ll receive our bank account number and your order number in the confirmation email. Please reference the order number in the payment comment field. We will only ship your order after the payment has been credited to our account.
In-Person Payment: You may pay in cash or by card at the Operator’s registered address in Hungarian Forint (HUF).
Cash on Delivery (COD): Your order will be delivered by MPL courier to your specified address. You must pay the invoice amount in cash to the courier upon delivery. An additional COD handling fee applies.
The total amount due, including all costs, is specified in your order summary and confirmation email. The invoice and warranty card will be included in your package. Please inspect the package in the courier’s presence upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, request an official report and do not accept the package. We cannot accept complaints without such a report.

7. Delivery Timeframe
In-stock items: up to 3 business days from order confirmation.
Out-of-stock items: up to 4 weeks.
8. Delivery Information
Orders are delivered by MPL, Foxpost, or DPD couriers on business days between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available during these hours to accept the package and pay any due amounts (product price, shipping, and COD fee if applicable).
Only place an order if you can pay the courier upon delivery. For unclaimed or returned packages, both outbound and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Reshipment is only possible after full prepayment of the product and shipping fees.

9. Postal Delivery Information
If your package is lost, partially lost, damaged, or destroyed, you must immediately report it on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of your claim. If no delivery receipt is issued, you must report the damage in writing to the carrier within 3 days of delivery.
10. Unclaimed Packages
Please note: Refusing delivery or failing to accept a package does NOT constitute a valid withdrawal from the contract.
If you do not accept a delivered item, you breach your contractual obligation to accept the goods. In such cases, the Seller may attempt redelivery if coordinated with you, but will require payment of shipping fees in advance. If redelivery or coordination fails due to your refusal to cooperate, the Seller reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately due to breach and charge you for failed delivery and return shipping costs as a penalty.
Contract termination will be communicated via the email address you provided during ordering. The effective date of termination is when the notice becomes accessible in your inbox.
Along with the termination notice, an invoice or payment request will be sent electronically, with an 8-day payment deadline for shipping costs applicable at the time of order.
If you fail to pay these costs, the Seller will only accept and fulfill future orders upon prepayment and settlement of prior shipping fees.
Unpaid shipping fees may be forwarded to a debt collection agency. In such cases, you will be liable for all additional collection costs beyond the original invoice amount.
If you have already prepaid for the product(s) via bank transfer or card, the purchase price will be refunded minus any incurred costs, as outlined in these Terms.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 on distance contracts, the following applies only to consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade, business, or profession).
You may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must clearly inform the Operator via email or registered mail with return receipt. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Upon receiving your withdrawal notice, we will confirm it without delay. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional shipping upgrades), within 14 days of being informed of your decision. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, unless you explicitly agree to a different method (at no extra cost to you).
We are not obligated to refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof of return—whichever occurs first.
You may be liable for diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
Custom-made or personalized items produced to your specifications.
Goods where the Operator has already performed repair or maintenance services at your explicit request.

12. Warranty and Product Liability
Conformity Warranty (Kellékszavatosság)
Consumers may assert warranty claims for 2 years from delivery for defects existing at the time of transfer. Non-consumers have 1 year.
You may request repair or replacement (your choice), unless it would be impossible or disproportionately costly for us. If neither is feasible, you may request a proportional price reduction, arrange your own repair (at our expense), or terminate the contract—except for minor defects.
You must notify us of any defect immediately, and no later than 2 months after discovery.
Within 6 months of delivery, the burden of proof lies with us to show the defect arose after delivery. After 6 months, you must prove the defect existed at delivery.
Product Liability (Termékszavatosság)
Consumers may also assert product liability claims against the manufacturer or distributor for 2 years from the product’s market introduction. You must prove the defect.
A product is defective if it fails to meet quality standards in force at the time of market introduction or lacks properties described by the manufacturer.
Product liability claims may only request repair or replacement—not refunds, price reductions, or contract termination.
The manufacturer/distributor is exempt if they prove:
The product was not placed on the market as part of commercial activity,
The defect was not detectable by scientific/technical standards at the time of market introduction, or
The defect resulted from mandatory legal or regulatory requirements.
Voluntary Warranty (Jótállás)
For products listed in Government Decree 151/2003, mandatory warranty is 1 year. We offer an additional 1 year of voluntary warranty on select items (clearly marked on the product page).
Warranty starts on the day of delivery (or installation, if performed by us). The warranty certificate is valid only upon product acceptance.
Warranty does not cover defects caused by:
Improper installation (unless done by us or due to faulty instructions),
Misuse, neglect, improper storage, vandalism, or natural disasters.
During warranty repairs, only new parts are used. The warranty period is suspended while the product is unusable due to repair, and restarts upon replacement or successful repair.
All warranty-related costs are borne by the Seller.
You cannot simultaneously claim conformity warranty, product liability, and warranty for the same defect.
To report a warranty issue, contact us in person, by email, or phone. We do not accept postal returns—such packages will be returned to sender.
13. Complaint Handling
Our goal is to fulfill every order to your full satisfaction. If you have a complaint regarding the contract or its performance, please contact us via email (see “Contact” menu) or by mail.
Verbal complaints are addressed immediately. If unresolved, we issue a written record, which you will receive a copy of. Written complaints are answered within 30 days, with justification if rejected. Records are kept for 3 years and provided to authorities upon request.

14. Data Processing
We treat all personal data provided during Webshop use as confidential and do not share it with third parties, except where necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., courier services).
Technical data (IP address, session duration, etc.) is collected for statistical purposes and disclosed to authorities only when legally required.
Cookies are required for full functionality. You may disable them in your browser, but this may limit or disable certain features. Cookies do not store personal data.
Order data is used solely for order fulfillment. Invoice data is retained per Hungarian accounting law (8 years). Newsletter subscriptions are managed confidentially; you may unsubscribe at any time.

Matters not covered herein are governed by the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013) and, for consumer contracts, Government Decree 45/2014 on distance contracts.
